So have I mentioned how much I love this woman yet and how freaking amazing she is? ’Cause I am now.
How did I get 25 followers away from 200?
When did this happen?!
I have to do something about this!

Potty
I think we need to get on that “At the Gala” fandub SOON
I forgot last week was my one year anniversary as a Pegasister

It’s been an awesomely fun year full of ups and downs and best of all, a new 13-episode season of MLP. And thanks to all of my Pony friends on Tumblr for making it awesome as well!
Here’s to more pony in the future!

Spike’s entire life in a nutshell.

MLP Episode Ranking (from top left to right, to bottom left to right)
Here’s a fun little exercise—sorting your favorite MLP characters! There’s also ranking exercises for episodes and songs that I’ll put up later.
The Four Princesses of Equestria
Because some days, my boredom knows no bounds.
Also I think this is the first time I’ve been able to get their insane hair show accurate.
(It’s Azalea’s Goddess Maker, btw)

This entry is my first of the “pony mannerisms” little things that I enjoy about the show. And I’ve chosen to look at what I personally think is the most adorable: the ear wilt. Typically on the show, when a character is very sad or discouraged, their ears will droop against their head quite suddenly.

It’s a detail that not only makes the ponies look cuter, but is a great nod to how actual mammals display their feelings. It’s also a little detail that puts emphasis on the emotional value of a more dramatic scene or sequence. As the animation continues to top itself, we start to see it more and more fluidly in the series.

(The ear wilt combined with this facial expression may lead to maximum heartbreak. Watch at your own risk.)
While the incredible work of the voice actors alone invokes an emotional response often, I find the ear wilt to be a very heart-tugging touch from the animation department.

Now go hug your ponies :(
Anyone else find it strange
that probably the most pro-feminist show on TV right now
is a show that stars magical pastel-colored talking equine?
